We have a live arrival plus a 48 hour guarantee as long as someone is there to receive the package on the first delivery attempt. All wholesale orders have a live arrival plus 24 hour guarantee.

If any animal is returned for any reason and a replacement animal is sent out. There is only a live arrival guarantee.

We ship certified FedEx priority overnight Monday - Wednesday weather permitting. If the weather does not permit we will not ship. We are not responsible for courier delays.  We also ship Delta Dash on Thursday's.

All animals are healthy and feeding unless otherwise specified.

We do not hold any reptile without payment first. 

There will be a 25% charge off of the animal price for all canceled orders

We do offer short term  payment plans on animals $1000 or more.  That usually requires a 25% non-refundable deposit.
